All of our SaaS plans come with a 10-day free trial, whether you choose a monthly or annual subscription. This gives you the opportunity to explore all the features without any commitment. For example, if you sign up on November 1st, your trial will last until November 10th, and billing would start on November 11th if you decide to continue.

The process of getting started with Wind Solutions SaaS products is simple and efficient. First, you select the product that best fits your needs, with options that are clearly tailored to meet specific business requirements. Once you’ve made your choice, you simply enter your company and payment details, and the platform takes care of the rest, ensuring a smooth setup. After about 5 minutes you will get an activation E-Mail, which leads you to create a Password and to login. From there, you can dive straight into using the product, enjoying all the benefits of our solutions without any delays or complicated steps.

1. Select your Product

In this Example we choose the SaaS Websites & Automations monthly plan. Click the Button of the Product you want to buy.

 

2. Enter your Details

On this Checkout Site we provide the contact and Payment Method/Information required (The Payment is going to be triggered after the 10 Day Free Trial, you will not get charged right away) and click on the Button “Kostenpflichtig abonnieren”.

Here would be the option to enter a Promo-Code.

As of now we support Card Payment as our main payment method, we are working on extending our payment method options in the near future.

 

3. Create your Password

About 5 minutes after successful subscribing you will recieve a similiar Mail like this.

Follow the Button to activate and create a Password for your Account.

 

4. Get Started Right Away

You are required to provide a Security Code when signing in, which you can either send to your email address or phone number provided previously on the checkout Site. 

 

 

 

The Process for authenticating your Email and Phone number

After setting up your account you need to authenticate your Email address and phone number. You do this under Settings → Phone Numbers, follow the steps there. If you already verified these contact information you are going to see the standard Phone Number settings as you can see further down.

Step 1: 

First you need to authenticate your email address via a 6 digit code by pressing the “Send Code” Button and providing the correct Security code.

You will receive a similar email to this:

 

Step 2: 

Just provide the code at the second authentication step and press the submit button.

 

Step 3: 

Next you neet to provide/authenticate a phone number also via a 6 digit security code. Enter your Phone number and press the “Send Code” Button.

 

Step 4:

 You will receive a similar SMS from “TLNET” with the security code. Provide it at the 4th step of the 2-Factor Authentication and press the submit button.

After this last step you will probably see the following screen:

Managing your Billing in Wind Solutions

To manage your billing in Wind Solutions, navigate to Settings -> Billing. Here, you can view important details like your next billing date, the current plan you're subscribed to, and the associated costs. You can also see the payment methods you’ve provided and manage your account credits, with the option to automatically recharge or manually add a balance when needed. Additionally, you can review your billing history to keep track of past transactions. If you need to adjust your plan, there’s a convenient option to modify your subscription directly from this page.

By Navigating to the “Payments” Tab you also have the option to see your Payment history and download your receipts.

A Detailed listing of your used credits can be seen in the “Wallet & Transactions” tab. Here you can check all your spendings of aditional costs.

Modify your Subscription

In the first image, you can see where to modify your subscription in the Wind Solutions platform. By navigating to Settings -> Billing, you can find your active plan details. Simply click on the "Modify your subscription" link highlighted by the red arrow to make changes.

Here in the second image, you can see the options available once you click on the modify button. You can either upgrade to a higher subscription plan or cancel your existing plan and close the account. This gives you flexibility in managing your subscription as per your needs.

Upgrade

Here you have the option to upgrade your Plan and even switch between Monthly and Annual Payments.

 

 

Cancel

Here you have the option to cancel your Subscription. :(

If you are having any Problems, feedback or any other reason to Cancel your subscription with Wind Solutions please contact us, there definetly is a way of working out a Solution and keep you as a Customer! :)

This will schedule that your Subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle. You can resume the subscription by aborting the scheduled cancellation anytime. 

If you miss our outstanding Software and Services you can always return by logging in to your account and restart/continue your Subscription.

 

 

Additional Costs

While Wind Solutions offers a wide range of services and features, some of these come with additional usage-based charges. These charges apply to specific features or services based on the extent of their use. Below, you will find a detailed list of features and services that are billed according to usage, along with their respective rates, helping you to better manage your budget and expectations.

As mentioned before in this article the Subscription Plans come with complimentary Credits which are getting recharged monthly (SaaS Websites - 10$ | SaaS Websites & Automations - 25$ | SaaS Professional - 50$). If you dont exceed these Credits with the usage of these Features, you are not going to be charged extra.

You can always check your spending of you additional costs under Settings → Billing → Wallet & Transactions. Here you can see the spendings of the current month, last month and the previous month.

The following rates may differ as per region, Calculations shown as per twilio rates for US.

WhatsApp Conversation

First you need to activate WhatsApp messaging by navigating to Settings → WhatsApp and subscribing to our blazing fast and affordable messaging servers for just $29.99 per month. This first and seperate Payment is not linked to the mentioned Creditsystem.

After this the following rates apply:

$10 will give you about	90 WhatsApp Conversations

 

 

Domain Purchase

You have the option to purchase a domain by navigating to Settings → Domains there you can click on the button “Purchase a domain” the prices are depending on the domain you are trying to buy. Please note that as of now we are not supporting every Top Level Domain available.
