The App Marketplace serves as a hub for discovering and integrating tools that enhance your specific platform’s functionality and needs to streamline your business operations. From free utilities to premium paid apps, the Marketplace provides a wide range of options designed to meet diverse needs. Navigate to “App Marketplace” in the Feature Side-Bar on the left hand side.

The filter options in the App Marketplace make it effortless to find the apps that best suit your needs. You can explore apps using three main categories: Collections, Categories, and Pricing. In the Collections section, you can quickly browse popular groups like "Top Installed Apps," "Newly Added Apps," and specific hubs such as the "Web Widget Hub" or "Workflow Automation Hub." The Categories section allows you to refine your search based on app functionality, including options like "Accounting & Payments," "Calendar & Scheduling," and "CRM." For those focused on budget, the Pricing filter provides options like "Free," "Monthly," and "Yearly," ensuring you can find apps within your financial plan. Together, these filters make it easy to navigate and customize your App Marketplace experience.

Installing & Uninstalling Apps
How to Install an free App
To install a free app, navigate to the Marketplace within your platform. Locate the app you wish to install and click on it to open its details. If the app is free, you’ll see an "Install" button. Simply click the button, and the app will be added to your account. No payment or subscription setup is required. Once installed, you can access and configure the app as needed to fit your business requirements.

For some Apps it is required to revisit the Apps page and click "Allow & Install". It is also possible that you are required to grant necessary permissions.

Install a Paid App
Installing a paid app follows a similar process to a free app, but with an additional payment step. Navigate to the Marketplace, select the desired app, and review the pricing details. When you’re ready to proceed, click "Install." You’ll be prompted to enter payment information or confirm the subscription. Once the payment is processed, the app will be added to your account and ready for configuration.
It can be different from App to App if the payment process is within our platform or on an external Site.

If the app payment needs to be done outside the platform, on clicking 'Allow & Install' during the installation process, you will be redirected to the app provider's pricing and payment page. Select the pricing type and complete the payment. On successful payment, you will be redirected to App Marketplace with the app being in 'Installed' state.
Install an app with distribution type “Agency & Sub-Account”
These Apps are required to be installed by an Administrator of Wind Solutions, if you want to install one of these apps please contact us and we helps as fast as possible.
How to Uninstall an App
Uninstalling an app is straightforward. Go to the Marketplace and the “Installed Apps” area where installed apps are listed. Find the app you wish to remove and click the "Uninstall" option. Confirm your decision when prompted, and the app will be removed from your account. Keep in mind that uninstalling an app may impact any features or data tied to it, so ensure that you’ve backed up or transitioned any critical data before proceeding.
